All music for this event must be uploaded 2 weeks before the event starts

​Backup music on USB or phone is encouraged

REGO PACK

Soloists, You will be able to pick up your Rego Pack which includes a free WF t-shirt, clear wristband (to wear all week for viewing and performing), a custom World Finals pin, and a link to the online program. Group Dancers will be able to purchase a shirt and we will hand the pins and wristbands to the studio representative for all Group only dancers.

PROGRAMS

Printing of programs is dependent on entry changes, please make sure you have entered correctly in time. We may run with digital programs only.

​

VIEWING

Small door charge for each session.

Each Studio performing in groups will have access to 2 teacher passes. If you need more please contact us.​

RED CARPET BALL / FLAG CEREMONY

Date to be confirmed.

This will be a FREE VIEWING session and open to anyone! We will conduct a flag ceremony for all countries - please be present! bring heaps of your own country things to wave! After that we will hold the Red Carpet Ball where Champion solo kids will walk the red carpet and draw their Champs running order numbers. Heaps of fun! please come and represent your country and mingle with the staff and owners of GTB Worldwide!!

AWARDS

All awards times are noted in the program, please be present to collect your award. Everyone will receive something at Worlds.

JUDGING​

Judges will be of the highest calibre and will be available all week to connect with.
